That is to say, the die forging machine can bring great help to the user in the actual production work. The equipment not only has high working efficiency, low labor intensity, accurate size and small machining allowance, but also can forge forgings with complex shapes. So it is usually used in mass production. However, due to the high cost of the mold, it is generally suitable for single piece or small batch production.

The advantages of the die forging machine can be summarized in three aspects: First, because it is equipped with a die cavity, which can guide the flow of metal, so forgings with more complex shape can be obtained. Secondly, the forging flow lines inside the forging are distributed according to the contour of the forging, so that the mechanical properties and service life of the part are obviously improved. Third, the equipment automation level is high, so the operation is relatively simple, easy to realize mechanization and has high productivity.

About the production process of the die forging machine: Usually, the forging die used in the production and processing mainly includes two parts, namely, upper and lower modules. Wherein the die cavity is the working part of the forging die, and the upper and lower die are respectively half. And secured to the hammer anvil and table with dovetail and wedge, usually guided by a catch or guide post, to prevent misalignment of the upper and lower modules. The metal blank may be deformed according to the shape of the die cavity.

In the working process of the die forging machine, the die cavity used in the last link is usually determined by the size and shape of the forging, plus the allowance and deviation. Die forging is usually divided into open die forging and closed die forging. There is groove for flash around the former die forging die cavity. Forming excess metal flow s into the groove, and finally cut off the trimmings. The latter has little or no trimmings at the end.
