Of course, these different components should be kept in harmony with each other.


Only when this requirement is achieved can the swaging machine be kept in a steady working state, otherwise it may cause trouble. Among them, the coordination of clutch and brake will have an important impact on the performance of the equipment. Therefore, in actual work, we need to adjust the clutch and brake as best as possible.


Only in this way can it be ensured that the swaging machine can finish the Production work reliably and safely after the swaging machine is placed in service. Usually after the device is started, its solenoid valve is connected, and then the compressed air inside the tank will pass through the solenoid valve and then through the clutch and brake successively. it is usually required that the cylinder volume of the brake is less than the clutch's.


This is mainly in order to realize the combination action of the clutch after the brake realize the disengagement process. At this time, the energy produced by the output terminal of the actuating motor will be use on the slider and the slider will drive the mold move. Then it will hit the work piece, and move back and forth in the lead rail of the swaging machine's body through the connecting rod drives the slider. 


In summary, in fact, whether the working performance can be fully exploited or not, which is largely determined by the coordination between the clutch and the brake. Only when there is a good coordination between the clutch and the brake, it can be able to ensure that the swaging machine can work reliably and safely. Otherwise it is likely to cause equipment failure.
